In-Store Pickup Policy
Orders must be picked up within 48 hours of order confirmation. If a refund is required, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to cover processing and handling costs.
What if I can’t pick it up?
If you contact us before the 48-hour window ends, we can cancel your order without penalty. After that window, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted.
Why do you charge a restocking fee?
Payment processors such as Shopify do not refund transaction fees on canceled orders. The restocking fee helps us cover these costs and ensures limited items go to customers who truly want them.
Can I extend my pickup window?
We do not offer extensions beyond the 48-hour pickup window. This helps us keep items moving fairly and maintain availability for all customers.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed. All orders are final. We aim to ship all orders within the week of purchase. If your order has not shipped within that timeframe, you may email us at orders@premiumgoods.com to request a cancellation.
Return & Exchange Policy
All products are Final Sale and cannot be returned for a refund. However, we do accept exchanges under the following terms:
Items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt.
Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase. Sale items, shoe cleaners, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange. Items returned with visible wear, stains, animal hair, perfume, or deodorant may be denied.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. We do not use alternative carriers. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing, plus an additional 3–5 business days for delivery. UPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.
Payment Methods
We do not accept checks or PayPal at this time. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Billing & Shipping Address
For security purposes, your billing and shipping addresses must match.
International Orders
We currently do not offer international shipping.
